Video 1 Posted!

I am excited...I think the students are excited...and I hope that this is something my department is excited about. ...I have posted Video 1! I know it seems like I been working on this for a while now, but it was something I really wanted to figure out before I just made a video. I stuck with my initial topic of "Types of Sentences" and gave a basic overview with an example of each of the four types of sentences. I then gave the students some examples for them to try on their own. I tried to leave enough time for them to answer the questions I pose for themselves. I also give the correct answer with a brief explanation in case they have any questions.

Creating my first video...

I decided to start with something simple...types of sentences! At first I was attempting to create something new that I could capture on Jing. I was searching through the tools that I have that may allow for such a product to be made, but then realized that it would probably be more helpful to create a video based on the grammar PowerPoints that I have already made and posted on my weebly. I will be working on this over the next few days. Check back soon to see what I have so far!
